Summary

I turn AI from a good demo into a working system that people actually use.

For 15+ years I've worked where software meets its users. I led customer experience and technical support at ClickFunnels through its $0 to $11M+ run, then built my own practice advising 1,000+ entrepreneurs: finding the real problem, scoping the fix, building the system myself, and carrying what I learn back to product teams.

Today I build with AI agents and AI coding tools, teach non-technical teams to own what gets built, and know where today's agents are reliable and where they aren't.

Method

How I work

  1. 01 Discovery

    Find the real problem

I run discovery myself and turn messy problems into clear, scoped plans.

  2. 02 Build

    Build the system hands-on

Agents, MCP, integrations, and automation, shipped and working, not left as a demo.

  3. 03 Adoption

    Make it stick

I teach teams to own what gets built, and carry what I learn back to product.

AI agent team I run daily

About 20 Grok Bot agents share one computer, each with one job, explicit "not my job" limits, and its own schedule. A Notion hub holds the roster and routines.

AgentIts one job
chief of staffWrites the morning digest and checks that the others' jobs ran.
dependency sweepSweeps dependencies and security daily, then opens, fixes, and merges PRs once CI passes.
othersHandle community member ops, research, and mail.

Nothing risky or member-facing happens without my yes. An earlier version, Wellspring Ops, ran four Claude Code agents on a VPS (now retired).

Job search research system

Claude agents work over MCP in two related Notion databases (roles and companies). They check whether postings are still live, write a fit analysis for each role, and keep decision notes current.

Traffic and revenue dashboard

Built in Perplexity; brings Google Analytics traffic data together with revenue and sales, showing which traffic sources and devices actually turn into sales, so a business owner can see what's working at a glance.

YouTube video summarizer

Pulls the full transcript over MCP, checks that it's complete, drafts a timestamped briefing, and runs a Claude Opus review. It then saves the briefing to a Notion knowledge base with linked people, sources, and topics. It also runs as a Notion custom agent.

Moore Creative Ideas, LLC

Founder & Principal

Technical consulting and AI implementation for coaches, creators, and digital businesses.

  • Run discovery myself with every client, turning messy problems into clear, scoped plans.
  • Build end-to-end systems hands-on: marketing automation across funnels, CRMs, email, and integrations, and now AI agent systems for project management.
  • Advised 1,000+ entrepreneurs and online businesses on strategy, customer-facing systems, and internal AI operations, and worked directly with hundreds, including a Kajabi business that has passed $17M+ in revenue.
  • Helped several clients grow to hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue through technical guidance and hands-on builds.
  • Feed detailed product feedback to the software teams my clients depend on. Several have told me I'm a "household name" on their internal teams, and Kajabi's leadership refers clients to me.
  • Launched FixThatDNS, a productized service that fixes DNS and email-deliverability problems, usually in under an hour.
  • Launched the Tech Relief Collective paid community in Feb 2024 (60 paying members to date) and teach its weekly live trainings and demos, helping people put AI, Kajabi, and automation to work in their own businesses.
  • Chosen as one of seven Kajabi Ambassadors worldwide (program since retired).

  • Ran escalations and high-stakes customer recovery, turning frustrated users back into advocates.
  • Spoke and trained at the first ClickFunnels Certification event, with 140+ entrepreneurs attending.
